Weave in 30 Days
Topic 2: Teams
After you log into Weave, click the Users & Teams tab on the left,
you will be able to add your team members.
Trial subscribers have room for 10 total team members.
Team Trials come with 20 guest passes. For more about how guest passes work
Click the green plus to add people to Weave.
Add email addresses and your colleagues will receive an invitation to
accept via email.
Here is an example of a Weave invitation.
Mary was invited by her colleague, Janet.
As a member of the team, she can see forums she is invited to and
can create her own forums.
Once you add members, you can group them into teams.
Members can be part of multiple teams - consider creating a team
to help you evaluate Weave.
Once your team is created, adding them to a guest list for
an upcoming forum is simple.
Schedule your forum...
Pick your team for the guest list...
And save the event.
You can find your upcoming forums on your dashboard.
Just click the green arrow to start and join your forum.
Once started, you are placed into the lobby where you can greet partipants
prior to the forum.
Participants can join the same way or via the forum url you might
have sent them in a calendar invite.
When ready, start the forum.
Work with your colleagues to complete the goal.
When finished, download your results.
